OFFICE INFORMATION

Visiting employees must email their Wipro ID number and full legal name to the office manager prior to their visit. Upon arrival, visitors may obtain a visitor badge from the office manager at the Wipro reception desk. These badges must be returned prior to departure. All visitors must check-in at reception via Envoy. Desk reservations can be made via Envoy.

Employees who will be in the Plano office on a regular weekly basis may obtain an access card that will provide access to the building and to the Wipro office. Employees should complete the Card Key Request Form and email to plano.admin@wipro.com for approval.

Plano has 8 private offices, 5 phone booths, 13 conference/discussion rooms and 1 training room. Employees looking to hold large group meetings are encouraged to coordinate through the Wipro Plano Office Manager.

If you require special assistance during an emergency or evacuation, please notify office manager before beginning work. Emergency exit are marked in every access point.

Building Security hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm. Access badge required for accessing suite outside of business hours.
If you misplace your ID badge, notify the office manager immediately so they can deactivate access until the card is found or replaced. Keep sensitive information and valuable assets in your desk drawer, locked.

Any found item should be reported and turned in to the office manager at the front desk.

Employees looking to hold large group meetings are encouraged to coordinate through the Wipro Plano Office Manager. Please send your meeting room reservation requests to plano.admin@wipro.com. Rooms with the * symbol can be reserved via Outlook scheduling assistant > add rooms > enter USA-Plano and choose the room you wish to reserve. When creating the event, please add Susie Sandoval as an optional attendee.

Single serve coffee, tea and cocoa are available in the kitchen. Please select 8 oz. cup to dispense (not 32 oz.) and ask for help if you are unsure how to operate it.

The Plano office has access to a rooftop terrace, equipped with patio furniture, a conference room, kitchen, and restroom. To host a private event, please RSVP with office manager. Access is based on availability.
