Visitor requests should be emailed to newyork.admin@wipro.com at least one business day before visit and should include:
-First and last name of each guest
-Company name (if not Wipro)
-Date and time of visit
-Purpose of visit (conference meeting or working at hot desk)
Valid government ID is required for checking in at Security Desk.
Please note all employees and visitors must also sign with the Envoy app or kiosk (outside the Wipro suite doors) before beginning work.
*Office doors automatically lock at 4:30pm. Employees are individually responsible for ensuring they are not locked out if they choose to exit and re-enter after hours.

Building badges are very limited for this location. Requests for temporary and permanent access should be sent to newyork.admin@wipro.com.

This office has 5 private offices, 8 open workstations, and 2 conference rooms.
Request a reservation or information by emailing newyork.admin@wipro.com with proposed dates and headcount BEFORE inviting other employees or guests.
Desk booking is available via the Envoy app for employees. Private Offices are available to Band E Executives only.

In case of fire or other evacuation, exit using the stairs located on the east or west side of the building (outside the office main doors). Proceed calmly to the 26th floor, lobby, or park across the street, as directed.
In case of a full evacuation all Wipro employees are to MEET AT THE BRYANT PARK FOUNTAIN and check in with fire warden to be accounted for.
If you require special assistance during an emergency or evacuation, please notify office administrator before beginning work.

There is one single occupancy, gender-neutral restroom inside the office suite.
The women’s restroom is outside the suite on the far side of the elevators - code 3002#.
The men’s restroom is outside the suite on the near side of the elevators - code 3001#.

All employees and guests are welcome to the snacks and drinks stocked in the café.

Custom single serve coffee is available with the Nespresso machine, in addition to hot chocolate and teas. Milk options are kept in the fridge, not the Nespresso machine.

Uses may include: a space for nursing mothers, meditation, prayer, de-stressing, etc.
Equipped with privacy, comfortable seating, mini fridge, open floor space, and sanitation supplies.
