Envoy is our new seat reservation tool. As our commuter rate increases, seats are not guaranteed. Reserve your desk using Envoy here.

Free, uncovered parking surrounds the building.
All visitors must check-in at the first-floor reception desk in the main entrance lobby.
Prior to arrival, any visiting Wipro employees should email their employee number to the office manager to verify employment. Once may then obtain a visitor’s badge from the front desk and return before departure.
Seat reservations can be made via Envoy.

Employees who will be in the Mountain View office on a regular basis (at least 10 times per month) may obtain a building access badge with guidance from the office manager.

Desk booking available via Envoy app for employees. Private offices available to Band E Executives only.
The Mountain View office has 76 workstations, 24 digital seating, 17 office spaces, 10 conference rooms, and an Immersive Zone center.
Conference rooms can be booked directly on Outlook, under the GEO Conference folder. Please email the office manager to coordinate availability and regulations.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and supplies. All condiments can be found in the condiment dispenser, in cabinets, or in drawers. The refrigerators are free for employee use. Please email the office manager if any supplies are running low in stock.

The first floor has a Flavia machine and the second floor has a Starbucks E Cup Brewer machine for everyone to enjoy.

Relax, recharge, and rejuvenate in our Wellness Room located on the first-floor lobby. Includes small refrigerator and comfortable chair.

Three Clipper Creek HCS-40 (40A 208V circuit) EV charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the building’s parking garage.

Restrooms are located on the first and second floors in the hallway.
Showers are in each restroom on both floors. An access card is required to enter these areas. -
