All visitors entering and leaving outside the regular building hours are asked to sign in and out on the log provided at the security desk in the lobby.
Guests needing access to the Wipro Troy, Michigan office that do not have an access badge must email the office manager at least two business days before or as soon as possible to ensure smooth check in process and avoid delays.
For a guest pass, email the following to michigan.admin@wipro.com:
First & last name of each guest
Specify guest’s company name
Date and time of visit
Purpose of visit (conference calls or to utilize office space)

Free parking on the garage’s first floor.
Wipro has one reserved parking spot #62 on the second floor.
Overnight parking is prohibited.
Spots are on a first-come, first-served basis. 90-minute parking spots are reserved for guests only.

In case of fire or other evacuation, exit using the stairs located on the east or west side of the building (outside the office main doors). Proceed calmly to the main floor, lobby, or park across the street. For the full emergency procedure handbook issued by the building please email the office manager.

11:00 am – 11:00 pmIf your access card is misplaced, lost, or stolen, notify the office manager immediately to deactivate access until the card is found or replaced.

Any item found should be reported to madison.mehringer@wipro.com and returned to the property management office (1st floor, suite 110).

Restrooms are located on the 12th floor in the common area corridor. An access code is required to enter the men’s or women’s restroom. A gender-neutral family restroom is next to the women’s restroom and requires a key to enter. Please contact the property manager for access.

There is a fully stocked kitchen in the office. All condiments and supplies can be found in the cabinets, drawers, and fridge. Please note that all bottled drinks and cans are only for conferences, clients, and executives. There is a water and ice machine next to the fridge in the kitchen for anyone’s use.

Coffee and tea is available in the kitchen. If an employee finds any items such as coffee, cups, and paper goods are running low, they may send an email to the office manager.

Uses may include: a space for nursing mothers, meditation, prayer, destressing, etc.
Equipped with: privacy, comfortable seating, mini fridge, open floor space, and sanitation supplies.
