Plano’s Aviation Vision Takes Flight
In July 2025, the Plano office, working in partnership with Consumer Airline sector team, established a temporary Aviation Command Center whereby creating an “ideation workspace” by bringing stakeholders from business and operations together. This set-up played a critical role in establishing Wipro’s Airline capabilities with one of the world’s largest airlines.
We transformed Plano center office space into a cornerstone of innovation and successfully demonstrated Wipro’s Aviation Platform capabilities in Total Operations System (TOPS).
Since then, the Aviation Command Center has hosted visits from senior aviation client executives, underscoring a shared commitment to excellence and collaboration.
Building on that momentum, in November, the team transformed the Command Center from its temporary setup into a state-of-the-art, permanent facility. Thoughtful design, upgraded resources, and dedicated teams have strengthened our capabilities as Plano continues to meet the aviation industry’s evolving needs and drive future business growth. Client visits highlighted these improvements and produced several memorable engagements.
Key Highlights:
Space repurposed: Workstation furniture was reconfigured to create an efficient, collaborative floor plan.
Infrastructure upgrades: A wall was build-out to support the array of monitors acquired for the event. Two projectors were mounted from the ceiling to enhance briefing and situational-awareness capabilities.
Branding and experience: Branding was led by the BU marketing team to ensure a cohesive visual identity and client-ready presentation throughout the new Command Center.
The Aviation Command Center now stands as a testament to Plano’s collaborative spirit and forward-looking investment, positioning the team to continue delivering exceptional service and drive sustained growth in the aviation sector.
