Due to the location of the office and the building security polices the process for receiving access is a little different and takes a little longer than most other Wipro offices. Valid government ID is required for checking in at the Security Desk.
Please first contact the NYC office admin via email with the following information:
First and last name of each guest
Company name (if not Wipro / DesignIT)
Date and time of visit
Purpose of visit (conference meeting or working at hot desk)
All visitors must sign in on Envoy (via mobile app or the iPad outside the suite doors).
Employees and contractors wishing to work in-person from this office on a permanent basis may email the office administrator to request a badge.

White: boardroom style, accom 16; AV set up
Black: smaller boardroom style, accom 8; no AV set up currently

Your WIPRO / DesignIt picture ID should be clearly visible on your person. If an access card is misplaced, lost, or stolen, notify the office Manager immediately. Keep sensitive information and valuable assets in your desk drawer, locked.
Any found item should be reported or turned in to the office manager at the front desk or the lobby security desk.
The bike room is to the right as you enter through the turnstiles. Just let the desk security person know and they can show you what to do if it is your first time.

There is a stocked kitchen in the office. Snacks, drinks, hot beverage machine, and crockery are available to all office visitors and employees.
