Introduction to the Tai Chi Session
Tai Chi, often described as “meditation in motion,” is an ancient Chinese practice that helps alleviate stress and promote overall wellness by creating harmony between the self and the universe. It consists of slow, coordinated movements that integrate body, breath, and mindful awareness.
During this office Tai Chi session, we will practice a few basic, easy‑to‑follow movements that can be comfortably repeated during a workday—whether at home or in the office.
