VISITOR INFORMATION

Email austin.admin@wipro.com two business days before with the following Info:
- First and last name of each guest
- Specify if Wipro employee or if external guest with company name
- Date and time of visit
- Purpose of visit (conference calls or just to work)
Valid ID is required for checking in at Reception Desk

Please note all visitors must also sign in at the front desk in Wipro reception area through the envoy visitor management tablet.
Badge requests for access to the building and Wipro office must complete the Workspace & Card Key Request Form and meet minimum in office attendance..

FACILITY & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Restrooms are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor in the common area corridor.
Employees should direct maintenance or cleaning services requests to the Austin Office Manager at:
austin.admin@wipro.com
In case of fire or other evacuation, exit using the stairs located on the east or west side and central of the building. Proceed calmly to the 1st floor lobby and exit to the parking lot.
For the full emergency procedure handbook issued by the building, please email the Austin Office Admin at: austin.admin@wipro.com.
All chairs should be pushed in under the desk so as not to impede traffic.
- WIPRO picture ID should be clearly visible on your person. If access card is misplaced, lost, or stolen, notify the office Manager immediately to deactivate access until the card is found or replaced.

A wide variety of coffee, tea and hot chocolate is available in the pantry areas of both the 2nd and 3rd floors.
