On Thursday, May 29th, the Tampa Office gathered to honor Mental Health Awareness Month. With this year’s theme, “Turn Awareness into Action,” we focused on fostering connection, encouraging self-care, and breaking the stigma around mental health.
The energy in the Tampa Office was uplifting and inclusive. There was a genuine sense of togetherness as employees united around a common cause. Conversations flowed freely, smiles were abundant, and the collective spirit was one of compassion and encouragement.
Employees proudly wore green—symbolizing hope, strength, and support—as a visible sign of solidarity. The color served as a powerful reminder that mental health matters and that it’s okay to talk about it.
Key Highlights:
Wearing Green: The office was a beautiful canvas of green outfits, accessories, and even decor in support of Mental Health Awareness. We loved seeing this simple yet impactful gesture in action!
Team Connection: Colleagues took time to check in with one another, sharing stories, offering support, and simply being present.
Photo Sharing: Participants captured photos showcased creativity, enthusiasm, and a shared commitment to mental health awareness.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this day a meaningful step toward a healthier, more supportive workplace.
