Knowledge Sharing Sparks Conversation Around The Power of a Multi-Generational Workplace

Our recent MultiGen Panel brought together voices from across age groups to reflect on how we work, learn, and grow together. The session was part of our larger MultiGen program, an initiative to foster connection, empathy, and collaboration across age groups in the workplace.

An inspiring knowledge-sharing session led by our incredible panelists challenged employees to redefine the strength of a multigenerational workplace.

The panel featured Ray Cendan (GPO Operations / Deputy Payroll), Karan Singh (Vice President of HR), and Neha Isaac (Designit), who represented different generations and career paths. Through themes of adapting to change, learning through mentorship, finding purpose, and envisioning the future, the panelists shared candid stories that revealed both the differences and the common threads across generations.

A lively icebreaker on generational slang sparked laughter, while thoughtful dialogue highlighted what unites us: curiosity, resilience, and the desire to create meaningful impact. The session reminded us that bridging generations is not just about understanding differences, it’s about unlocking new possibilities when we listen, learn, and lead together.

This panel was just one of the ways we are bringing the MultiGen Program to life — ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
