Inside the Women of Wipro International Women’s Day Event
On Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 colleagues and leaders came together in the East Brunswick office for our Women of Wipro networking and speaker event in celebration of International Women’s Day. United by this year’s theme, “Together We Rise: Give to Gain,” the session created an energizing space for connection, reflection, and shared learning.
The event opened with a lively welcome and interactive icebreaker led by Destini Gonzales, Senior Operations Manager, and Gargi Mitra, HR Manager and Women of Wipro ERG Lead, setting an upbeat tone and sparking friendly competition through women’s trivia across sports, media, literature, music, and more.
Building on Wipro’s ongoing commitment to gender equity, the session highlighted the powerful role women play in driving collective progress for our teams, clients, and communities. Moderated by Amrish Parwal, the conversation featured an inspiring panel of leaders—Debashree Sengupta, General Manager & Delivery Head; Priya Jha, Vice President, Human Resources, Enterprise Applications; and Baldeep Chhabra, Vice President & Delivery Head, ICD–BFS.
The session left attendees feeling energized, inspired, and reminded that when we invest in one another, we all rise together. Through thoughtful dialogue and real-world insights, the panel explored innovation, the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the value of active listening—particularly for leaders seeking to leverage diverse skillsets. Attendees engaged in an inspiring exchange of ideas focused on generosity, meaningful connection, and uplifting one another to achieve shared success.
The session reinforced a powerful message: when we create environments where women are empowered to succeed, everyone benefits. Together, we rise.
