Exciting Employee Benefits Unveiled at Wellness Session

Kicking off April’s Wellbeing Fest with Movement

On April 9th 2025, our East Brunswick office was vibrant with energy and enthusiasm as we kicked off April’s Wellbeing Fest! Acknowledging the significance of wellness and movement in our daily lives, our facilitator Erin Motola, a Physical Therapist at Sword Health, led an engaging and informative session brimming with laughter, learning, and lively activities.

Erin showcased key strategies and techniques to improve sitting posture, reduce tech neck, and enhance overall well-being. The team had a blast mimicking Erin’s movements, sharing laughs and enjoying the interactive experience. After the movement session, employees, both in person and online, were shown a live demo of Sword Health’s Thrive pad, an innovative digital tool for physical therapy that promotes balanced and effective practices at home.

Key SwordHealth Benefits Exclusive to Wipro Employees:

  • Enhanced Precision in Physical Therapy: The use of artificial intelligence and state-of-the-art motion tracking allows for the detection of precise movements. This technology ensures that physical therapists receive accurate biofeedback, which can significantly improve the quality of care provided

  • Personalized Care with Thrive Pad: The program is tailored to each individual's unique condition. This personalized approach ensures that employees receive care that is specifically designed for their needs

  • Continuous Improvement and Adjustment: The Thrive Pad includes continuous review of member progress and adjustments after every session. This means that employees benefit from a dynamic and evolving treatment plan that adapts to their progress

Erin Motola would also like to extend her thanks to the East Brunswick team for such an engaged session, “Thank you so much for having me at the office for your Wellbeing Fest! It was truly a pleasure to connect with the Wipro team and share in the mission of promoting health and movement in the workplace. I especially enjoyed how engaged and interactive everyone was—such excellent participation and thoughtful contributions throughout the session!”
