OFFICE INFORMATION

Regular office hours are from 8am to 5pm. During these hours the Receptionist is available to receive visitors, book conference rooms and route calls. Outside of these hours, an employee identification badge is required for entry on to the 68th floor.

Visitors will be issued QR Code and must be escorted at all times while inside the facilities. Visitors must provide a proof of identification in the form of a valid government issued photo ID. The Receptionist will complete the visitor registration log, which includes the visitor’s name, the escort person’s name and signature, visitor badge number, and the time/date in/out. The visitor registration log is retained for a minimum of one year.

Our office has 24 state of the art workstations that convert from sitting to standing position.
Each workstation is equipped with dual 24-inch monitors, a docking station, keyboard and mouse.
Offices are equipped with 32-inch monitors, keyboard mouse and Clickshare.
Each Meeting room is equipped with audio/visual and Clickshare.
Workstations must be booked via the instructions below to have a reserved seat within our space.

The NY office offers 12 Private Offices and 4 large Meeting Rooms, 4 huddle rooms, and 4 single phone rooms along with 9 Framery phone booths .

Conference rooms are managed through Reception. Rooms should always be booked in advance by contacting the Receptionist (USNYReception@capco.com). Please do not use conference rooms without proper scheduling, as it may cause delays in other prescheduled meetings.
